- From the Settings menu, tap Advanced Settings > Connectivity > Test Connectivity.
The Connectivity Test screen is displayed.
- Tap Next to start the test. This can take as little as 30 seconds or as long as four minutes.
- Tap Return to Menu when the tests have completed.
