Option 1
- Wait for the Central Monitoring Station representative to contact you and notify you of the alarm.
- Inform the representative that all is OK and provide your secret word.
- The representative will cancel any actions taken.
Option 2
- Contact the Central Monitoring Station directly by calling the your providers phone number. This should have been provided to you at the time of installation.
- Inform the representative that all is OK and provide your secret word.
